MetLife Stadium Of course I had to take a picture on the field at MetLife Stadium during our site visit! It's time to start planning for our 2019 Cortaca game that will be played here on November 16!	Cortaca 2019 Planning Team The Cortaca Jug is Ithaca College's iconic football game vs. rival SUNY Cortland. The 2019 game is going to be played at MetLife Stadium in East Rutherford, NJ. This photo was taken during the planning committee's site visit in November 2018.	Meet the President - DC We were not able to host 125th Anniversary events in every established alumni region during FY18. Therefore, we continued to take our president on the road throughout FY19 so that she could meet as many alumni as possible!
California 125th Roadshow The 125th Anniversary Celebration that we hosted on campus was fantastic, so we created a condensed version of that event for our largest alumni regions. Thanks to Robert Iger '73, we were able to host this event in California on the Disney Studio lot! Chicago 125th Roadshow The 125th Anniversary Celebration that we hosted on campus was fantastic, so we created a condensed version of that event for our largest alumni regions. NYC 125th Roadshow The 125th Anniversary Celebration that we hosted on campus was fantastic, so we created a condensed version of that event for our largest alumni regions. This is a shot of the venue we used in NYC, Gotham Hall.	Alumni Awards 2017 I planned our annual Alumni Awards event at The Lotte New York Palace. This year is Ithaca College's 125th Anniversary, so it's important that I give all of our events a special flare!
Kevin Connors '97 For the past three years, Kevin has done an amazing job as the MC for our Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. He's currently a host for ESPN's SportsCenter, but his career started at IC where he worked on our college networks: ICTV and WICB. While I have made many improvements to this event over the years, Kevin's presence truly makes the event a special experience for our inductees!	Alumni Awards 2017 A closeup of the table settings from this event. I love to add a pop of fuchsia tones to accent our traditional navy blue color; it's an elegant way to brighten up the room!	Community Celebration This was the signature celebration event during our Weekend on South Hill! This weekend was designed to celebrate the college's 125th Anniversary through a variety of programming. The Community Celebration was held in our Glazer Arena and it was a magical experience to watch our planning come to life!

The lights would come down when another performance was about to occur on one of the five stages that were setup throughout the space.	Conversation Started This was one of many events during our Weekend on South Hill! This weekend was designed to celebrate the college's 125th Anniversary through a variety of programming. Conversation Started was an academic symposium that we held during the weekend.	Centerpieces Sheet metal is a cost effective way to create an elegant centerpiece for any event!
Inauguration of President Collado This was one of many events during our Weekend on South Hill! I'm so grateful that I had the opportunity to participate in the planning of President Collado's Inauguration! AlumnIQ Check In When I started working for Ithaca College, our office printed name tags manually through Microsoft Word. After trying multiple systems, AlumnIQ has been the ultimate solution, tailoring to all of our higher education registration and check in needs!
Athletic Networking Event Every year I coordinate Network Night events in several major cities, and they're always well attended. This inspired me to create an Athletics Networking Event during our Athletic Reunion Weekend. I had the students play Networking Bingo with the alumni and it was a huge success!	NYC Night of Champions I promise, I'm still a Yankee fan, but when your alumni contact at Fenway Park offers you the opportunity to sit in the Red Sox dugout you say yes! I planned our Night of Champions event at Fenway Park. We held the event behind home plate at the park when the Sox were playing on the road!	NYC Cortaca Viewing Party 2017 Cortaca is known as the biggest little football game in the nation! It happens once every November when Ithaca College plays their rival, Cortland State University. I help to coordinate viewing parties for this game in many cities across the country so that our alumni can cheer on the IC Bombers! This year we hosted 12 parties across the country and the number continues to grow every year!
Emily Haff, M.B.A. '17 In June of 2017 I completed my Master's Degree in Business Administration. It is one of my proudest accomplishments and I'm so happy I was able to complete this program with these people by my side. We were a small group of MBA students, but together we learned the impossible and created friendships that will last a lifetime!	Los Angeles Network Night 2016 I held our 2016 LA Network Night event at The Garland! With heavily attended networking events, I find myself needing to utilize fairly open floor plans, which doesn't allow for much color in the space. Therefore, selecting colorful dessert options allowed me to give the event a fun feeling, without requiring any additional footprint.	Sporting Events As the Assistant Director for Events at Ithaca College I frequently plan alumni gatherings that include sporting events as a part of our evening!
Fenway Park Event 2016 I am 100% a Yankee fan, but our Boston alumni wanted to get up close and personal with Fenway Park so I took one for the team! There were plenty more alumni in attendance, but these alumni are actually two of my best friends! The perks of working for my alma mater :)	Boston Network Night Every year I coordinate a large Network Night event in Boston for our New England alumni. I planned this one at the Hotel Commonwealth!	NYC Network Night I also coordinate a large Network Night event for our NYC alumni. We get anywhere from 400 - 500 attendees at this event, so the JW Marriott Essex House has the perfect ballroom for our size!
Check-In This was a quick snapchat photo I took after I finished getting my staff set-up to run check-in for one of our Network Night events!	NYC Network Night Nothing is more important than the customer experience at my events. I have been lucky to have a team beside me that continually makes it possible to deliver impeccable service!	NYC Executive Networking The executive network is a new program that I have helped to develop at IC. This is a shot from our 2nd Annual Corner Office Conversations event!
NYC Executive Network Planning and managing events is a lot of work, but I always try to plan accordingly so that I can help with check-in. Our participants are what make my events successful, so I believe it's my responsibility to personally find time to thank them for coming!	Athletic Hall of Fame Induction 2014 This is an event I designed for the 2014 Ithaca College Athletic Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony and Dinner for 320 attendees.	Athletic Hall of Fame Induction 2016 After my first year planning this event, I realized it had outgrown the space it was in. Turning guests away wasn't something I felt we needed to do, so we took a calculated risk and moved the event to our largest space on campus. I'm pleased to say that my Athletics Director loves the change and the event continues to be a growing success!

Live with Kelly and Michael This is a picture of me attending an event with some of our NYC Regional Alumni! We have a few alums that work for the "Live with Kelly and Michael" show!	Alumni Weekend 2014 "Corks and More" This is a group of alumni mingling with some of my co-workers, including myself, at Corks and More. I planned this event as an evening Reunion Party, one of the many events that I planned for our Alumni Weekend in 2014!
Senior Class Semi-Formal 2011 As a student I was an Event and Marketing Coordinator. This picture is of my co-worker Ali and myself before managing the semi-formal that we helped to design!	2013 Spirit Week Executive Board This is the IC Spirit Week Executive Board after our final Spirit Week event. As usual, I was managing another event before stopping by to take this photo in front of our gorgeous fountains!	Ithacappella Block II Concert 2011 This is me on the stage before the all male acappella choir concert, which was held in Ithaca College's Emerson Suites. Planning and managing those concerts was always one of my favorites!
IC After Dark Presents: "Trapped" Being an event planner for IC After Dark was always a fun time! This was a picture we took at the photobooth during IC After Dark's "Trapped" event.
